Is there any upfront costs to the Basic Package?

Nope! We are waiving the setup and installation fees for all new and existing clients. 

Does going remote require an on-site visit?

Our team is prepared and optimized to setup and configure all equipment and networking infrastructure remotely. The health of our employees and clients is our top priority. 

Will I Need Specific Hardware to Get Started?

No additional or special hardware is needed to make the transition to a virtual environment. Our engineering team works with your staff to migrate everything and configure the connection between our equipment and yours.

Is there a required agreement term?

We require a minimum 12-month agreement for our Remote Work Initiative.
